Eclipse-tickets.com Purchase Policy

Eclipse-tickets.com strives to make your purchasing experience as easy and efficient as possible. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of our policies. By visiting, using or ordering from this website, you expressly agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions and policies and to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing this web site. If you break these Terms and Conditions, Eclipse-tickets.com reserve the right to prevent your future use of this web site, cancel your order request, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Please note that Eclipse-tickets.com is a private ticket finding agency not affiliated with Ticket Master or any other box office or professional sports association including the PGA of America.

  • PAYMENT METHODS. Eclipse-tickets.com accepts the following methods of payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa. We reserve the right to require that you sign the credit card receipt for any order paid by credit card or that your order be paid by cashiers check or money order.
  • SIGNED PURCHASE CONFIRMATION. ALL orders require a signed purchase confirmation to be faxed to (202) 737-9440.  If we do not have a contract/purchase request signed by you (the buyer), your order is subject to cancellation. Secondary ticket market fluctuations in pricing and location of inventory you are subject to change, so it is imperative that you ensure that you have all documents signed and confirmed by our office within the set time parameters. For first time buyers you must provide a copy of a valid drivers license or I.D with a copy of the Credit Card. This is for charge back protection and all information is secure per our privacy policies. When this information has been submitted once “the buyer” does not need to resubmit the I.D. and credit card information again.
  • PRIVACY POLICY. No individual personal information about you will be shared with anybody, without your permission, and will only be used by Eclipse-tickets.com. Demographic information can be obtained through your IP address and is used to help identify you and your transaction information.
  • MANAGERIAL APPROVAL. Due to changing availability not within our control all orders placed on the Internet are subject to managerial approval. No order will be guaranteed until it is approved by management. If an order can not be guaranteed you will have the option of canceling the order or keeping the order with us on a "try and get" basis.
  • CREDIT CARD CHARGES. Credit cards are approved but not charged at the time you place an Internet order. If your order does not receive managerial approval and is not guaranteed your card will not be charged until we are able to guarantee and fill your order.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY.
    • Orders placed over the Internet can be cancelled with a cancellation fee of 20% of the total charge of the order within the first 24 hours after an order is placed. Once an order is guaranteed by a manager there are NO CANCELLATIONS and YOU WILL BE CHARGED.
    • Orders placed by phone can be cancelled with a cancellation fee of 20% of the total charge of the order anytime up until you return the signed authorization form. Once we receive the signed authorization form there are NO CANCELLATIONS and YOU WILL BE CHARGED.
  • PRICING. Eclipse-tickets.com is a licensed, private ticket broker service located in the District of Columbia. Event tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating Market, much like the stock market, ticket prices are subject to change at any time. For up-to-date, current prices, please call or consult our website. All ticket prices are guaranteed at the time an order is placed, and payment is received.
  • TICKET PURCHASES. 100% full payment must be received in order to guarantee a ticket purchase. A confirmation receipt will be issued upon full payment. Eclipse-tickets.com reserves the right to provide ticket upgrades at no extra cost to the client. ALL TICKETS PURCHASED ARE FINAL!!
  • DELIVERY OF TICKETS. Due to the nature of the ticket business we do reserve the right to deliver tickets for any order as late as the day of the event. Earlier delivery date guarantees will incur extra charges. Day of event delivery may be made by, but not limited to, will-call at the venue box office, courier to your hotel if time allows, or courier of the tickets to you personally at a location to be determined outside the venue. If you have not received your tickets two days before the date of the event please call our office at (202) 737-4000 from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday to receive delivery instructions. You will need picture ID to receive your tickets if delivery is made the day of the event.
  • TICKET GROUPING. The prices on our web site for some events or some locations for an event indicate pricing for single tickets only. Please call if you wish to make sure that we can guarantee two tickets or more together at the same price. For many events two or more tickets together will be more expensive. Please call (202) 737-4000 from 9am - 5pm EST.
  • GROUP, TRAVEL AND HOSPITALITY PACKAGES. Entertainment packages and related hospitality services by Eclipse-tickets.com are expressly conditioned upon the booking terms and conditions set forth below (also referred to as the "contract"). Any terms and conditions proposed by you in addition to, or in conflict with these booking terms and conditions are expressly rejected by Eclipse-tickets.com.
  • SEATING LOCATIONS. If for any reason we cannot fill your order for the seating category you ordered we reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade your order to another seating category. You will be contacted if we have to upgrade or downgrade your order and you have the option to cancel your order and you will be refunded any money paid to us. If you decide that you will accept a downgrade you will only pay our cost for the tickets. (Note - our cost does not mean face value as we usually pay well over face value to acquire tickets.) If you decide that you will accept an upgrade you will not pay anymore than our current published Internet rates or less if possible.
  • CANCELLED or POSTPONED EVENTS. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. There are NO REFUNDS for postponed events as your tickets are good for any rescheduled date. If the event is COMPLETELY CANCELLED and is not rescheduled for a later date, we will issue a house credit for the full amount of the order minus any delivery charges. We are NOT responsible for any costs you incur to attend an event that is cancelled or postponed including, but not limited to, travel, hotels, car rentals, gas, food and the fees of babysitters.
  • TICKET LIMITS. When purchasing tickets from Eclipse-tickets.com, you are NOT limited to a specified number of tickets for any event but any tickets order is subject to our TICKET GROUPING and MANAGERIAL APPROVAL policies.
  • NON-DELIVERY OF TICKETS. If for any reason we cannot fulfill a ticket order that has been guaranteed (excluding orders taken on a "Try and Get" basis) you will have the choice of either receiving alternative tickets to the event of equal, greater or lesser value (including a credit for the difference in price if your tickets are downgraded) or be refunded 100% of any money you have paid for the tickets. Additionally, you will also receive a house credit for an equal number of tickets to any other event not to exceed the amount of the original sale. Please note that Eclipse-tickets.com will not be responsible or liable for any expenses that you or your party incur to attend the event including but not limited to, travel, hotels, car rentals, gas, food and fees for child care and/or other personal services.
  • CREDITS. Credits issued for refunds, exchanges or otherwise are valid for a term of one (1) year from the date the credit was issued. There are no cash refunds/exchanges for house credits.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. All Eclipse-tickets.com sales are governed by U.S. laws and processed in U.S. dollars.
  • DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA LAW. Any order placed with Eclipse-tickets.com online, by phone, or by any other means shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia applicable to agreements entirely made and performed within the District. You, the customer, hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Washington, DC

Eclipse-tickets.com Terms of Use Policy
  1. THE CONTRACT
    These Booking Terms and Conditions shall constitute a binding agreement and contract between you, your company, and Eclipse-tickets.com; you accept the terms and conditions of this contract when you confirm the requirements of your order in writing, by either booking form, letter, email, purchase order, or facsimile. Eclipse-tickets.com is a District of Columbia registered company. This contract shall be governed by the laws of D.C., without regard to conflict of laws of principle; it shall be enforced exclusively in the appropriate court and you specifically agree to accept such jurisdiction and waive any objections to D.C. jurisdiction over you; if any provisions or portion of a provision is held to be invalid, illegal or enforceable, such provisions will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be effected or impaired in any way; if any legal proceedings of any nature are brought by Eclipse-tickets.com due to breach of or to enforce or interpret any of the terms of this contract,
  2. CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PAY
    If payment is not received within the time limits in clause 2 above, this will be in breach of the contract by the client entitling Eclipse-tickets.com to treat the contract as at an end, and re-allocate the corporate hospitality facilities, bookings and/or tickets without informing the client. In the case of Eclipse-tickets.com treating the contract as at an end, Eclipse-tickets.com shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the client. The balance, if any, of the total booking cost shall become immediately payable by the client to Eclipse-tickets.com. This is without prejudice to Eclipse-tickets.com rights to claim damages from the client in respect of any loss suffered by Eclipse-tickets.com.
  3. CANCELLATIONS OR VARIATIONS BY THE CLIENT
    All Sales are final. Eclipse-tickets.com will purchase tickets on behalf of the customer. When an order is placed we will then make a financial outlay to source the tickets. The request of the refund must be faxed and not emailed, to (202) 737-9440. We will view each case on it's own personal merits.
  4. TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES
    You agree to pay all sales tax or any other taxes, stamp duty fees or charges payable by Eclipse-tickets.com relating to and/or in connection with the supply of services pursuant to this agreement.
  5. PAYMENT OF ADDITIONS OR EXTRAS FOR A CLIENT
    All accounts for services and goods provided at any event, which are not included in the inclusive booking cost, are due for payment within seven (10) business days of the invoice date.
  6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
    1. Eclipse-tickets.com makes no warranties, and specifically disclaims any liability for any services provided by third parties; you agree to waive any liability against Eclipse for the actions, whether negligent or intentional, of any third parties. Eclipse-tickets.com agrees to act only as your agent and you agree to accept all liability associated with the delivery or use of services or goods provided under this contract, you agree to defend and indemnify Eclipse-tickets.com against any and all damages, awards, penalties, or other liabilities of any nature whether the result of your intentional acts of negligence, Eclipse-tickets.com negligence, or the intentional acts or negligence of third party persons.
    2. In any event, Eclipse-tickets.com shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or their guests arising out of the booking. The limitations of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any guest or for further costs, damages or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking.
    3. Eclipse-tickets.com will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of God, natural disaster or act of terrorism.
